Planning

Our planning experts can provide practical and robust planning support on all aspects of renewable energy projects. We offer:

Planning Appraisals;
Environmental Impact Assessment Screening, Scoping & Environmental Statements;
Pre-application requests;
Co-ordinating and reviewing supporting studies (e.g. ecology, landscape, transport, heritage, drainage);
Public consultation and pre-application consultation;
Preparation of reports including Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, Green Infrastructure Statement and Community Consultation Statement;
Submission of planning application;
Post submission monitoring of application; and
Discharge of planning conditions.

Project Management

Our project management team can assist projects in the following ways:

Advising the site layout and technical requirements;
Contract negotiations and procurement for the balance of plant and insurance cover;
Grid application, power and metering requirements;
Multi contract negotiation and procurement for civils, electrics and ecological works;
Site surveys such as ground investigation and topography studies;
Complying with construction, design and management regulations; and
Site inspections during key milestones.
