In the heart of Bridgend, Wales, Infinite Renewables is quietly redefining how renewable energy is created, experienced and shared. Founded in 2010, the company began life as a specialist wind turbine developer, creating merchant wind power schemes for commercial clients. From the outset, Infinite set out not simply to generate energy, but to rethink how power could be delivered locally, efficiently and responsibly.
Their early business model was both practical and forward looking. Infinite entered into Power Purchase Agreements, supplying locally generated wind power directly to businesses through private wire connections. This approach reduced reliance on the national grid while giving customers long term price certainty and a tangible connection to the energy they were using. With investment support from Albion Capital, Infinite achieved its ambition to co own and operate a growing portfolio of turbine developments, laying strong foundations for future growth.
